Build Your Own 1.6m Armco System
Designed to protect pedestrians, staff, structures and critically important equipment from damage due to impact by vehicles. Each of these corrugated Armco rails is 1.91m long, as there will be an overlap of 0.155m, they have a functional length of 1.6m.
These corrugated rails are suitable for installation either the RSJ or Z post systems and with a high-quality galvanised steel construction, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. Thanks to the protective layer that the galvanisation provides, these steel rails will keep their silver finish for many years to come

Our 1.6m Armco Crash Barrier Kit is the perfect solution for safeguarding personnel and property in tight corners, compact yards, or awkward layout configurations. If you want longer beams, try our standard 3.2m kit to cover straight runs with fewer posts and faster installation times. However, if your site risk assessment involves high-impact zones with large commercial vehicles, you might want to upgrade to our heavier open box beam for maximum defence.
