Cundy Peeled Pointed Strainer Post

This post is manufactured from pine, measuring 2.4m in length with a diameter that varies between 125mm and 150mm (natural round posts are peeled, not machine-turned). The bark has been stripped away to leave a smooth timber finish.

The post is UC4 treated, giving it maximum protection against decay and ensuring long service life in direct soil contact and outdoor use.

Its tapered, pointed base makes driving into hard or compact ground far easier, reducing the need for extensive digging or heavy machinery. Installation can be carried out by backfilling with soil, gravel, or stones, or by using post mix for a firmer hold. Struts can be added where extra support is required.
