1.8m x 3.0m Double Leaf Palisade Security Gate
The 1.8m x 3.0m Double Leaf Palisade Security Gate provides a secure access point for small vehicles, such as forklifts, requiring entry to a site. With a 3.0m opening, the gate is suitable for single-lane vehicle access and can be incorporated into a Palisade Fencing system to help control site access and maintain security.
The gate is supplied with a sliding latch bolt and two drop bolts for secure closure, with the option to add a Heavy-Duty Padlock for additional security.
At 1.8m high, this gate is well suited to sites requiring a secure but lower-profile perimeter. It can be installed using Dig-In or Bolt-Down Posts, depending on the ground conditions.

Features & Manufacture
Manufactured from high-strength cold-rolled steel, the gate is designed to provide a durable and robust access solution. The steel is protected with a zinc galvanised coating to help prevent corrosion and withstand outdoor conditions. The galvanised finish complies with BS EN ISO 1461:2009.
For additional protection and a customised appearance, the gate can also be supplied with a Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) finish in a range of colours.
The gate uses W-profile pales, which make the fencing difficult to grip or climb. The standard configuration features Triple Pointed pales, providing an effective visual and physical deterrent against unauthorised access.
Installation Options
The gate can be configured with either Dig-In or Bolt-Down Posts, making it suitable for different ground conditions:
- Dig-In Posts: Designed for softer ground where posts can be installed into excavated holes and secured using Postfix cement.
- Bolt-Down Posts: Suitable for hard surfaces such as concrete, with posts secured directly to the ground using a base plate and suitable ground anchors.
Gate Kit & Customisation
The Palisade Gate is supplied as a kit containing the components and fixings required for assembly. Postfix cement is not included and must be purchased separately where required.
You can customise your gate by selecting:
- Post type: Dig-In or Bolt-Down
- Pale type: Including Triple Pointed options
- Finish: Galvanised or Polyester Powder Coated
- Security: Optional Heavy-Duty Padlock
This allows you to configure the gate to suit your site's access, security and installation requirements.
