Our 1.8m palisade security fencing is a popular choice for areas looking for a secure intimidating fencing against intruders. . Easy to assemble, it is designed for permanent installation on soft or hard ground and is an extremely robust and reliable security fencing solution. Palisade Fencing is an ideal option for guarding the perimeter of industrial and commercial buildings plus public areas.
Palisade Fencing is manufactured from cold rolled steel and has been galvanised with a protective zinc coating to help prevent rust. The security fencing is also supplied with a powder coated finish which increases the resilience of the Palisade, as well as providing it with a brighter and more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Here at First Fence, we offer this 1.8m high Palisade Fencing in green, black, blue, red, grey and brown powder coating colours.
Each pale has a ‘W’ shape profile which makes it difficult for anyone to grip onto your Palisade Fencing system. The steel pales also feature three sharp spikes at the top and this effectively prevents climbing activity on the security fencing as they are harmful if scaled. Alongside triple pointed pales, we also supply single pointed and round and notched pales for Palisade Fencing.
Our bolts are designed for permanent installation and our bolts will shear off at a pre-determined torque which leave a smooth and tamper proof surface.
By installing a Palisade Fencing system around the perimeter of your site, you can provide a defensive boundary to prevent intruders from gaining access. Palisade Fencing is often used to guard industrial sites, schools, railway stations, agricultural areas and high security buildings.
Each 1.8m High 'W' Section Powder Coated Palisade Security Fencing Kit contains the following items:
Our kits are available with dig In or bolt down posts. Dig in posts are mainly used for soft ground areas where a hole can be dug into and then the posts placed into the hole. Post mix is used to secure the dig in posts in place.
Alternatively, bolt down posts are used for hard ground surfaces where it would be difficult to dig a hole. Bolt down posts have base plates which have 4 pre-drilled holes in. Ground anchors (m16 x 125mm) are used to secure the posts to the ground.
Post Mix Cement or ground anchor bolts are not included within our kit and can be ordered with your Palisade fencing. Also, remember to order an additional post kit if your fencing does not join back on itself.
Installation requirements vary based on ground suitability, installation guides are given as a recommendation only and show the maximum requirements for post holes for dig in systems as well as standard bolt holes for bolt down systems. Please refer to your installer for suitable installation requirements for your site and fence style.
Don’t forget to check out our range of Palisade gates which have a range of different widths ranging from 1200mm-10000mm wide. We also sell all the individual parts separately as well as a corner kit which can turn our posts into corners.
