1.8m High Double Leaf Standard Bow Top Railing Gate Kit
A versatile and cost-effective double leaf steel bow top gate system, the 1.8m high double leaf standard bow top railing gate kits are available in widths ranging from 2.0m to 10.0m, making them ideal or use in a wide range of outdoor environments. These metal bow top railing gates can be used for applications such as garden gates, securing driveways with plenty of space for vehicle access or for use in more public spaces such as parks, gardens or play areas.
To ensure that these gates will remain strong and stable for years, they have been designed and manufactured by our expert team of fabricators using the highest quality galvanised steel. The zinc galvanised coating will protect the steel from weathering and corrosion, keeping these gates looking great and preventing rust from forming.
So that these double leaf gates can be secured when not in use, they are supplied with a sliding leaf gate leaf and a catch gate leaf. The gates can be further secured by locking the slider in place with the use of a heavy-duty padlock (sold separately).
As the gate leafs can be opened and closed independently of one another, these kits are supplied with two drop bolts. These allow the gate leafs to be held open securely for extended periods of time and can also be used to further secure the gates closed when not in use.
To allow this range of 1.8m high double leaf bow top metal railing gates to be installed in as many different locations as possible, they are available with either dig-in or bolt-down posts.
- Bolt down posts: The bolt down posts are ideal for locations where the ground surface prevents holes from being dug for logistical or cost reasons, for example, an area in which the ground surface has been covered in concrete. These posts have a base plate attached to the bottom, which allows them to be securely fixed to the ground surface with the use of ground anchor bolts (sold separately).
- Dig in posts: This type of post is suited towards areas where holes can be dug easily, such as in soil. This type of post is longer than the bolt-down posts, allowing part of the post to be placed into the ground and secured in place with the use of post mix (sold separately).

Customise Your Gate with a PPC Finish
As standard, this range of double leaf bow top gates is finished with a galvanised zinc coating as standard. This high-quality coating protects the steel from the damaging effects of rust whilst also giving the gate an appealing silver finish.
If you require a more colourful finish to your gates, it is possible to order these gates with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). These coatings are available in a wide range of colours to suit any environment and add a secondary layer of protection against weathering and rust.

If, for whatever reason, the PPC finish on your gate should become damaged, touch up spray cans are available. These easy-to-use paint cans can restore your gate to its former glory, whilst also restoring the additional protection that these coatings provide.
