The 1.5m High Standard Vertical Bar Railing Kit provides a strong and stylish solution for creating defined boundaries in schools, parks, gardens and other public or private spaces.

Manufactured from durable galvanised steel, these railings are designed for long-lasting outdoor performance. Choose from dig-in or bolt-down posts to suit your ground conditions, with an optional Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) available in a range of RAL colours for a customised finish.

Durable Galvanised Steel Construction

Each railing bay features 16mm diameter round vertical bars, secured by two 10mm thick horizontal bars positioned along the bottom and 150mm from the top of the panel.

The panels are supported by 50mm x 50mm hollow box-section posts, with a central support leg providing additional stability.

The galvanised steel construction features a protective zinc coating that helps prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring the railing remains strong and attractive over time.

Customise With a PPC Finish

The railing is supplied with a galvanised finish as standard. For a more distinctive appearance, choose a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a range of RAL colours.

PPC provides an attractive, hard-wearing finish while adding an extra layer of protection against weathering and corrosion.

Dig-In or Bolt-Down Installation

Choose the post type to suit your ground conditions.

• Dig-in posts: Ideal for softer ground where holes can be excavated. The longer posts are installed into the ground and secured using post mix.
• Bolt-down posts: Suitable for hard surfaces such as concrete, where digging may not be practical. These posts feature a pre-attached base plate and can be secured using ground anchor bolts.

• 4 x Vertical Bar Railing Angle Cleats
• 5 x M10 x 30mm Bolts
• 2 x M10 x 80mm Bolts
• 7 x M10 Shear Nuts
• 1 x Support Leg

Installation

1. Drill a 6mm pilot hole for the new cleat, taking the ground gradient into account.
2. Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
3. Touch up and spray the hole where required.
4. Attach the cleat using an M10 x 80mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut for 1.5m systems.
5. Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
6. Important: Ensure spacing follows the existing hole centres on the posts.

Complete Your Perimeter With a Matching Gate

Add a Vertical Bar Railing Gate to create a complete and secure perimeter. Available in a range of widths, from pedestrian gates to larger double-leaf gates suitable for vehicle access.

Matching gates are available with dig-in or bolt-down posts, as well as PPC finishes to complement your railing system.
