The 1.2m High x 3.0m Wide Double Leaf EnviroRail® Estate Railing Gate Kit provides a secure and practical access point for livestock, vehicles and agricultural sites.
Combining the traditional appearance of estate railing with EnviroRail®'s innovative reduced-weld construction, the gate offers a strong yet lightweight solution that is easy to handle and install.

Reduced-Weld EnviroRail® Construction
Unlike traditional metal gates that rely heavily on welding, EnviroRail® uses specially designed and formed components that create strong bonds when pressed together.
This reduces the amount of welding required during manufacture while maintaining the strength and stability of the finished gate.
The tubular construction also keeps the gate relatively lightweight, making transportation, handling and installation easier.
Secure Spring Latch
Each gate is supplied with a spring latch system that can be operated with one hand, allowing users to open the gate while carrying materials or equipment.
When the two gate leaves are correctly aligned and closed, the spring latch automatically secures the gate. This helps prevent livestock or other animals from escaping the enclosed area.
Dig-In Installation
The gate is supplied with dig-in posts, making it particularly suitable for fields and other soft ground applications.
For a secure installation, we recommend using 1.5 bags of Post Mix per post.

Customise With a PPC Finish
The gate is supplied with a black Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) finish as standard. Other RAL colours are available to complement your site, including White Aluminium (RAL 9006) for a silver-style finish.
PPC provides an attractive, hard-wearing finish while adding a layer of protection against rust and corrosion.
If the coating becomes damaged, touch-up spray cans are available to help restore the finish and protective coating.
Please note: RAL colours other than Black (RAL 9005) may carry additional lead times. Please check the applicable lead time when selecting your colour.
