A modern take on the traditional Estate Railing gate, the 1.2m high x 3.0m wide double leaf EnviroRail® estate railing gate provides a secure point of access to your site for livestock or vehicles.

Whilst these gates may appear to look like a fairly standard double leaf estate railing gate, the key difference lies in the way in which each gate is made. Unlike with traditional metal gates, which may rely on the use of welding to join each of the separate components, the EnviroRail® gates use a reduced weld system. The reduced weld system uses custom designed and formed components which create incredibly strong bonds when pressed together, greatly reducing the amount of welding required per bay without compromising on strength.

Designed and manufactured to our exceedingly high standards, these gates have been made using high quality pre-galvanised steel. Consisting of a tubular design, the EnviroRail® estate railing gates provide a high level of strength whilst keeping the overall weight to a minimum, making transportation, handing and installation much easier.

Each kit is supplied with a spring latch system, this quick securing latch requires only one hand to operate and allows the user to bring materials into the perimeter without having to put them down. So long as the gate leafs are aligned when the gate is closed, the spring latch will secure the gate behind the user, preventing cattle or other livestock within the perimeter from escaping.

As this type of railing system is primarily installed in fields and on soft ground types, it is available with dig in posts. It is recommended that 1.5 bags of post mix are used per post to hold these gates in place securely.

Each gate kit includes:

• 2 x 1.2m x 1.5m Estate railing gate leaf
• 2 x 1.2m Dig in estate railing gate hinge post
• 4 x Adjustable gate eye
• 1 x Springbolt kit
• 8 x Black ribbed insert [40mm x 20mm]
• 2 x Black ribbed insert [60mm x 60mm]

Customise your gate with a PPC finish

As standard each EnviroRail® estate railing gates are finished with a high-quality Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in black. It is possible however to order these gates in a range of RAL colours to suit your site. If you are looking for a more silver finish, we would recommend the white aluminium finish (RAL 9006)

These coatings don’t just look great, but provide the steel with a protective layer against rust and corrosion, allowing them to remain strong for years to come.

In the unfortunate event that the powder coatings should become damaged, touch up spray cans are available. These easy to use cans can quickly restore the protection that the Polyester Powder Coatings provide and get your gates looking great again.
