Add a securable point of access for pedestrians to your Estate railing perimeter with a 1.2m high x 1.2m wide Single leaf EnviroRail® Estate railing gate. These gates perfectly combine the traditional style of estate railings with a revolutionary new reduced weld construction.

Whilst these gates may look like any other estate railing gates, they key difference lies in the construction. Unlike standard metal railing gates which rely on welding to create the bonds between components, the EnviroRail® steel gates use a reduced weld system. This system consists of components which have been designed to form extremely strong bonds when pressed together, reducing the amount of energy and resource intensive welding required to create each bay.

Each of the gates has been meticulously crafted by our expert team of fabricators using high quality pre-galvanised steel, finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). The expert construction and this high-quality coating mean that these metal gates will remain strong, stable and looking great for years to come.

The EnviroRail® 1.2m x 1.2m estate railing gates are also supplied with a spring bolt. As the name implies, the spring bolt will spring the bolt back into its catch when the gate is closed, eliminating the risks of the gate being left slightly open which may allow livestock to escape.

• 1 x 1.2m Dig in Estate railing gate hinge post
• 1.2m Dig in Estate railing gate catch post
• 2 x Adjustable gate eye
• 1 x Springbolt kit
• 3 x Black ribbed inserts [40mm x 20mm]
• 2 x Black ribbed inserts [60mm x 60mm]

Customise your Estate Railing Gate with a PPC finish

The EnviroRail® estate railing gates are finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in black as standard, though they are also available for order in a wide range of other RAL colours. This allows for the gates to be coloured in such a way as to blend in with the environment or create an eye-catching perimeter entry or exit point.

These coatings don’t only look great, but provide the steel with a layer of protection against the damaging effects of rust and corrosion.
