The 1.2m High Standard Vertical Bar Railing Kit provides a strong and attractive solution for creating boundaries and defining perimeters in public and private spaces. Ideal for schools, parks, gardens and landscaped areas, it can help control pedestrian movement, protect restricted areas and prevent damage to flower beds and green spaces.

Manufactured from galvanised steel, the railing offers excellent durability and resistance to weathering and corrosion. Choose from dig-in or bolt-down posts to suit your ground conditions, with an optional Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) available in a range of RAL colours.

Durable Galvanised Steel Construction

Each panel is manufactured from galvanised steel for long-lasting strength and durability. The protective zinc coating creates a barrier against corrosion and weathering, helping the railing maintain its appearance and performance over time.

The panel consists of 12mm vertical bars, securely held between two 8mm horizontal bars along the top and bottom.

Customise With a PPC Finish

For a more colourful or customised perimeter, the railing can be finished with a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a range of RAL colours.

Dig-In or Bolt-Down Posts

Choose the post option to suit your ground conditions.

• Dig-in posts: Suitable for softer ground where holes can be excavated. The longer posts are set into the ground and secured using post mix.
• Bolt-down posts: Designed for hard surfaces such as concrete, where digging may not be possible. Each post features a pre-drilled base plate for securing with ground anchor bolts.

• 1 x Vertical Bar Railing Panel
• 1 x Vertical Bar Railing Post
• 4 x Vertical Bar Railing Angle Cleats
• 4 x M10 x 30mm Bolts
• 2 x M10 x 80mm Bolts
• 6 x M10 Shear Nuts

Installation

1. Drill a 6mm pilot hole for the new cleat, taking the ground gradient into account.
2. Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
3. Touch up and spray the hole where required.
4. Attach the cleat using the appropriate M10 x 70mm bolt and shear nut:
5. Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
6. Important: Ensure spacing follows the existing hole centres on the posts.
