Our 1.2m High Standard Railing Posts are engineered to provide a secure and reliable support solution for 1.2m high vertical bar, bow top and ball top railing systems. Ideal for both new fencing installations and repair work, these posts are available in bolt-down and dig-in variants, with a choice of galvanised or Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) finishes to suit a wide range of applications.

Constructed from robust steel and hot-dip galvanised for superior corrosion resistance, these railing posts are designed to deliver long-lasting performance in challenging outdoor environments. For projects requiring an enhanced decorative finish, the PPC option adds an extra protective coating that improves durability while reducing ongoing maintenance.

Dig-In Posts

Dig-in posts are intended for installation into soft ground where excavation is possible. The additional post length is embedded into the ground and secured using post mix (available separately), creating a strong, permanent fixing. This installation method is well suited to grassed areas, landscaped sites, parks and other locations with natural ground.

Bolt-Down Posts

Bolt-down posts are designed for fixing directly onto existing hard surfaces, including concrete pads, paving and foundations. Each post is fitted with a welded base plate, allowing it to be securely anchored using ground anchor bolts (sold separately). This option offers a practical solution where below-ground installation is not suitable.

Available Finishes

• Galvanised: Finished with a hot-dip galvanised coating that provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion while maintaining a durable silver appearance.
• Polyester Powder Coated (PPC): Features a high-quality powder-coated finish applied over the galvanised steel for additional weather resistance and a smart appearance. Available in a selection of colours including black, green, red, blue, grey and yellow.
