The 1.2m High Standard Bow Top Railing Kit provides a strong and cost-effective way to define boundaries and create protective perimeters in gardens, parks, schools and other public spaces.

Its rounded bow-top design offers a welcoming, non-threatening appearance without compromising strength. With no pointed rail ends, it is particularly well suited to areas such as schools, playgrounds and parks.

Durable Galvanised Steel Construction

Each panel is manufactured from high-quality galvanised steel. The protective zinc coating helps guard against corrosion and weathering, helping the railing maintain its strength and appearance over time.

The panel consists of 12mm diameter tubes formed into the distinctive bow-top design. Two 8mm horizontal bars provide additional support, while 50mm x 50mm hollow box-section posts secure each railing bay.

Galvanised or PPC Finish

The railing is supplied with a galvanised finish as standard, providing a durable silver appearance and protection against corrosion.

For a more customised look, choose a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a wide range of RAL colours. PPC provides a smooth, attractive finish while adding an extra layer of protection against rust and weathering.

If the coating becomes damaged through accidental damage or general wear, touch-up spray cans are available to help restore the finish.

Dig-In or Bolt-Down Posts

Choose the post option to suit your ground conditions.

• Dig-in posts: Ideal for softer ground where holes can be excavated. The posts are set into the ground and secured using post mix.
• Bolt-down posts: Designed for hard surfaces such as concrete, where digging may not be possible. The posts are secured using ground anchor bolts.

• 4 x M10 x 30mm Bolts
• 2 x M10 x 80mm Bolts
• 6 x M10 Shear Nuts

Installation

1. Drill a 6mm pilot hole for the new cleat, taking the ground gradient into account.
2. Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
3. Touch up and spray the hole where required.
4. Attach the cleat using the appropriate M10 x 70mm bolt and shear nut:
5. Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
6. Important: Ensure spacing follows the existing hole centres on the posts.
