1.2m High Standard Ball Top Railing Kit

The 1.2m High Standard Ball Top Railing Kit provides a stylish and durable way to define boundaries in domestic, industrial and public spaces. Ideal for creating property boundaries, protecting trees and flower beds, or defining pedestrian areas, its decorative design combines security with visual appeal.

Manufactured from galvanised steel, the railing is available with a standard galvanised finish or a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a wide range of RAL colours.

Ball Top Design

An attractive alternative to traditional Vertical Bar Railings, each vertical bar is finished with a 25mm diameter galvanised steel ball top. As well as adding a decorative touch, the rounded tops help eliminate sharp points from the top of the railing.

Each panel features 12mm vertical bars secured between two 8mm horizontal bars, while 50mm hollow box-section posts provide strong and stable support.

Dig-In or Bolt-Down Installation

Choose the post option to suit your ground conditions.

• Dig-in posts: Suitable for softer ground where holes can be excavated. The longer posts are set into the ground and secured using post mix.
• Bolt-down posts: Feature a base plate and are designed for hard surfaces where digging is not practical. Posts can be secured using ground anchor bolts.

Galvanised or PPC Finish

The standard galvanised finish provides a durable silver appearance and protection against corrosion. For a more customised look, choose a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a range of RAL colours. The additional coating also provides another layer of protection against rust and weathering.

• 1 x Ball Top Fencing Panel
• 1 x Ball Top Fencing Post
• 4 x Ball Top Fencing Angle Cleats
• 4 x M10 x 30mm Bolts
• 2 x M10 x 80mm Bolts
• 6 x M10 Shear Nuts

Installation

1. Drill a 6mm pilot hole for the new cleat, taking the ground gradient into account.
2. Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
3. Touch up and spray the hole where required.
4. Attach the cleat using the appropriate M10 x 70mm bolt and shear nut
5. Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
6. Important: Ensure spacing follows the existing hole centres on the posts.
