Designed as part of the EnviroRail® range, this post benefits from a reduced-weld construction, using precision-engineered components that press together to form a secure and sturdy structure. By minimising the need for welding, this method enhances durability while reducing environmental impact, making it a sustainable alternative to traditional steel railing systems.
Each post is made from high-quality steel and coated with a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). This professional finish not only adds an attractive and uniform appearance but also protects against rust, corrosion, and weathering, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh outdoor environments.
To cater to diverse installation needs across various terrains, the 1.2m EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Post Kit is available in two versions: dig-in and bolt-down. Dig-in posts are specifically designed for soft ground surfaces like soil or grass. They can be effortlessly installed by digging holes and securing them with post mix, ensuring a strong and stable support system for both the post and the railing structure. Alternatively, bolt-down posts are ideal for hard surfaces such as concrete, where excavation is not feasible. These posts are equipped with a sturdy base plate that is securely fastened to the ground using ground anchor bolts, providing a secure and reliable foundation without the need for digging. This flexibility allows for seamless installation in a variety of environments, ensuring that your fencing system remains strong, durable, and well-supported regardless of the terrain.
