1.0m High Standard Railing Post Kit
Designed to provide dependable support for 1.0m high railing systems, these Standard Railing Posts are suitable for use with vertical bar, bow top and ball top railings. Whether you're installing a brand-new perimeter or replacing an existing damaged post, these durable steel posts offer a secure and long-lasting solution.
Available as either bolt-down or dig-in posts, and finished in your choice of galvanised steel or Polyester Powder Coating (PPC), they can be tailored to suit a wide range of installation environments and project requirements.
Built for Long-Term Outdoor Performance
Each post is manufactured from premium-quality steel and hot-dip galvanised to provide excellent protection against corrosion. This zinc coating creates a durable barrier against moisture and the elements, helping to maximise the lifespan of the post in exposed outdoor locations.

Installation Options
Dig-In Posts
Dig-in posts are designed for installation into soil or other soft ground. The extended post is set below ground level and secured using post mix (available separately), creating a robust and permanent fixing. This option is ideal for parks, landscaped areas, grass verges and similar environments where excavation is possible.
Bolt-Down Posts
Bolt-down posts are intended for use on existing hard surfaces, including concrete slabs, paving and foundations. Each post is supplied with a welded base plate that allows it to be fixed securely using ground anchor bolts (sold separately), providing a stable installation without the need for excavation.
Finish Options
- Galvanised: Hot-dip galvanised for outstanding corrosion protection and a durable silver finish suitable for demanding outdoor environments.
- Polyester Powder Coated (PPC): Galvanised steel with an additional powder-coated finish for increased weather resistance and an attractive appearance. Available in a range of colours including black, green, red, blue, grey and yellow.
