The EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Post Kit is designed specifically for use with EnviroRail Flat Top Railings, offering a high-quality and durable solution for securing railing bays. Whether you need to replace an existing post or require an additional one for your installation, this post provides a reliable and robust option.
Utilising an innovative reduced-weld construction, the EnviroRail® range incorporates specially designed components that press together to form exceptionally strong bonds within each railing bay. This advanced method minimises the need for welding without sacrificing strength, making EnviroRail railings an eco-friendly alternative to conventional steel railing systems.
Each steel post is professionally finished with a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC), ensuring a vibrant and long-lasting finish. Beyond aesthetics, this protective coating enhances the post’s resistance to weathering, corrosion, and rust, significantly extending its lifespan.
These intermediate posts are perfect for completing a run of fencing, providing essential support between railing panels. Additionally, they serve as an excellent replacement option should a post become damaged, ensuring the continued integrity and security of your railing system.
Available in Dig-In & Bolt-Down Variants
To support diverse installation needs, EnviroRail® railing posts come in two variants:
- Dig-In Posts: Ideal for soft ground types where holes can be dug easily. These posts are secured using post mix, creating a solid foundation for the railings.
- Bolt-Down Posts: Designed for hard surfaces like concrete, where digging isn’t an option. These posts include a base plate, allowing them to be securely anchored with ground bolts.

Our EnviroRail® railing post kit includes one steel post, professionally finished with a Polyester Powder Coating, M10 bolts and shear nuts, and a ribbed insert. Post mix and ground anchors are sold separately to help you securely install your post.
