Self-Colour Steel Universal Fence Panel Stillage
The Universal Panel Stillages are specifically designed to provide a safe and efficient method for storing and transporting temporary mesh fencing panels. Built as a heavy-duty alternative to pallets, these stillages are manufactured from high-quality self-coloured steel box section tubes, ensuring strength, stability, and long-lasting durability.
Load Capacity
Each Universal Fence Panel Stillage is engineered to securely hold:
- 30 UK specification square top or round top panels
- 28 Euro standard specification square panels
- 27 Euro HD specification square panels
Secure and Safe Handling
Each stillage is supplied with four removable posts that slot into the base to hold fencing panels firmly in place during transport. This design:
- Prevents movement while in transit
- Enhances safety during handling
- Minimises the risk of damage or accidents
When loading or unloading, the posts can be easily removed, simplifying the process. Once empty, the stillage can be “flat-packed” by removing the posts, allowing for efficient storage and space-saving convenience.
Stackable Design
To maximise space during storage or transport, the stillages feature flared feet that allow them to be safely stacked. The feet fit neatly onto the top of the posts of the stillage below, ensuring stability when stacked in warehouses or on transport vehicles.
Forklift Compatibility
Please note: these stillages require long forklift arms for safe handling. Each unit is fitted with two forklift entry points, allowing easy lifting and manoeuvring.
Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) Options
To extend the lifespan of your stillages, they are available with a high-quality Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a variety of RAL colours.
This coating provides several key benefits:
