TOM5024E Telescopic Gate Operator – 24 Vdc linear telescopic operator for gate leaves up to 4.5m.
The TOM5024E stands as a reliable and state-of-the-art gear motor, equipped with two adjustable mechanical stops to guarantee smooth operation throughout the opening and closing process. Easily reachable from above and located beneath the metal cover of the shaft, these stops offer convenience in operation. Tailored for automating various swing gates, it stands out with its compact 96mm width footprint and screw-in brackets, making installation straightforward.
The 45° angle of the wiring cable reduces ground clearance, minimising it to the fullest extent. Rear and front brackets aligned on the same axis optimise load distribution, thus prolonging the actuator's lifespan. Additionally, shielded by a wiper ring and steel shaft, the worm screw ensures suitability for environments exposed to dust, sand, or harsh weather conditions.
The FACE gears enable decreased sensitivity to misalignment, minimal transmission errors, and quiet motor operation.
