The BFT Stoppy MBB 500 Automatic Bollard is designed to provide a safe, secure and reliable bollard solution, designed to prevent vehicular access to pedestrianised areas such as town or city centres as well as commercial and industrial sites.
Designed to provide smooth and reliable operation even in demanding environments, the BFT Stoppy MBB 500 automatic security bollards feature IP67 rated seals to prevent water and debris from causing weathering and wearing to components. To further protect the operation of the bollards, they have been constructed from high quality steel and all of the metal internal components have undergone a cataphoresis anti-corrosion treatment. They are also capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -25°C to +60°C.
Standing at a height of 500mm above ground and a 219mm diameter, the Stoppy MBB 500 automatic bollards provide a strong and compact deterrent, which can prevent vehicles from accessing areas when spaced correctly.
For increased visibility, especially in low light environments, these automated bollards feature reflective strips on the rear as well as LEDs around their tops.

Your BFT Stoppy MBB 500 security bollards can be controlled using a BFT Perseo control panel, which can operate up to 4 bollards in sync.
Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional installer. A full risk assessment is required to ensure compliance with current safety and electrical regulations.
A suitable soakaway system must be provided to prevent water accumulation and potential flooding around the bollard.
