Strong and Secure Installation
Manufactured from galvanised steel, the Standard Installation Post measures 1085mm in height and features a 40mm x 40mm box section for excellent strength and durability.
The post is fitted with a bolt-down base plate, allowing it to be securely fixed to a suitable surface before the edge protection panels are installed. Once assembled, the posts and panels create a robust safety barrier around the perimeter of the work area, helping to reduce the risk of falls and improve overall site safety.
Easy-Lock Panel Connection
The Standard Installation Post incorporates an easy-lock system that enables edge protection panels to be fitted quickly and securely.
The locking mechanism has two simple positions:
- Open: allowing the locking mechanism to pass through the mesh panel.
- Locked: securing the panel firmly in place to prevent movement during use.
Once locked, the panel remains securely fixed until the mechanism is intentionally released.
The base plate is welded crosswise to the post for added strength and stability, while the base plate features 15mm x 20mm fixing slots to accommodate anchor bolts (sold separately).

Both the installation posts and edge protection panels are lightweight, making them easy to transport, position, and install on site.
