Our semi-automatic pedestrian gate kit is perfect for increasing security on your pedestrian gate and ensuring no unwanted visitors have access.
With a holding force of over 500 kg, the maglock will hold the gate closed even in severe weather, whilst the Locinox Samson2 will ensure it's never left open by mistake. Keyless entry and exit are achieved by the keypad and push-to-exit buttons. All the devices will cable back to the power supply enclosure box with dedicated electrical terminals for each device.
Please note: The components in this kit are designed for single-leaf pedestrian gates only. This kit should not be used on gates bigger than 1.5m in width or 150 kg in weight.
Componants & Installation
Simple to install, all components come with fitting instructions and electronic devices with wiring instructions.
The Maglock is powered all the time; the power is relayed between the lock and its control box. This relay disconnects the power to the maglock when you wish to open the gate for a few seconds, after that the magnet is re-magnetised, and it will naturally grab the plate on closing.
This kit comes with all the components required to turn your pedestrian gate into a semi-automatic version. The Locinox Samson2 hydraulic gate closer is one of the best in the business and will ensure the gate is not left open accidentally. The keypad and push-to-exit device offer keyless entry and free exit, whilst the maglock will ensure the gate can't easily be forced open. All the electrical devices can be cabled back to the dedicated, externally rated, PSU enclosure, which has assigned terminals for all the devices.
Compatibility
The kits are compatible with a range of gates, including:
- 868 twin mesh gates, which are a popular option for around school playgrounds, industrial buildings
- 358 Prison Mesh Gates, which are the usual choice for higher security areas due to their superior strength and rigidity
Delivery
We offer specific-day delivery with a choice of AM or PM delivery slots. For orders placed before 3 pm, we offer guaranteed next-day delivery. Alternatively, you can collect from one of our nationwide depots.
Standard delivery is 1-5 working days, and Express delivery is 1-3 working days.
