Providing a strong and sturdy trench cover to support the weight of both pedestrians and vehicles, the Oxford Low Pro cover is the ideal solution for your roadworks or construction site.
Constructed from a tough and durable glass composite, the Oxford Low Pro cover can support weights of up to 500kg, allowing both pedestrians and vehicles to pass over safely. To prevent the trench cover from moving during use, they have a PVC anti-slip edge. This edge has also been built up in a ramp style to greatly reduce the risk of trips and falls.
It is possible to bolt these trench plates in place in poor weather conditions, or if it has been deemed a necessary by risk assessment. In most cases, the Oxford Low Pro covers will not need to be bolted into place, helping to protect existing road surfaces and make installation and removal much easier.
In the event that the rubberised edges of the road plate should become damaged, it is possible to replace them.
