Size 7 Tube Gate Hinge (A62) Key Clamp Fitting
The Gate Hinge or A62 fitting is used with a Gate Eye (A60), which enables a gate hinge to be created. The small vertical part of the fitting is fitted into the small hole within the Gate Eye (A60). This Gate Hinge is appropriate for gates that are lighter in weight.
Please Note: This particular A62 fits one tube which fits through the centre of the key clamp and this tube should be Size 7 with an outside diameter of 42.4mm.
Supplied in galvanised steel, this Gate Hinge has an added layer of protection and resistance against the damaging effects of elements such as corrosion and weathering, this provides the fitting with extra longevity meaning that it will require very little to no maintenance after it has been installed.
Installation of the A62 is made quick and easy with no need for expensive tools or specific skills, all that is needed is a Hex Key. This is used to tighten all of the grub screws within the structure and ensure that it is secured in place. It is important to note that a Hex Key is not included within the purchase of a fitting and so will need to be ordered separately.
