Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, sized at 2.4m tall and 6.0m wide, provides flexible access control, allowing the user to operate one or both leaves in open or closed positions. Among the broader double gates available, it accommodates both pedestrian and vehicular access effortlessly and is ideal for the larger driveway.

This gate kit distinguishes itself through eco-conscious manufacturing. Using custom-made, laser-cut components significantly reduces the need for welding. Pre-galvanised parts interlock securely, minimising reliance on energy-intensive welding, making it an environmentally conscious choice for gate production.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution for securing a gate or driveway, ensuring easy installation for various hardware needs. With universal handing, they offer on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. Each gate in the kit comes with pre-drilled holes for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes. A separate locking drop bolt option adds extra security and is highly recommended for the double leaf gate.

The kit includes two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety standards for stability. Even if one hinge fails, the gate remains upright and secure. Additionally, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, presenting fixed axis hinges.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for diverse terrains. The dig-in variant suits softer terrain like turf and soil, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is suitable for harder ground surfaces using eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts, available upon request.
