The Bow Top railing gates, renowned for their elegant curved top lines, have become a favourite choice for various reasons. Not only do they elevate the visual charm of gardens, parks, schools, and residential areas, but they also effortlessly merge with diverse architectural styles.

One standout aspect of the EnviroRail® Bow Top gate lies in its manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique, this eco-conscious system outperforms similar products in the market. Laser-cut, custom-made pre-galvanised components create sturdy connections during assembly, reducing the need for energy-intensive welding.
Crafted from high-quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and further fortified with polyester powder coating available in standard or non-standard RAL colours, these gates are built to withstand outdoor installation and endure various weather conditions.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
What sets EnviroRail® Gates apart is their versatility and hassle-free installation. Their modular, lightweight design and adaptable handedness provide exceptional flexibility on-site, eliminating constraints associated with fixed left or right-hand leaf orientations. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled, simplifying the hinge and drop bolt installation process.
The comprehensive kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge and catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, prioritising safety in accordance with BS 12604 guidelines. In the event of hinge failure, multiple hinges prevent the gate leaf from falling, ensuring safety and averting potential injury or damage. Fully welded gate hooks provide an added layer of security, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various widths and heights, this gate kit caters to diverse installation needs, offering dig-in and bolt-down options. The dig-in choice suits softer ground, requiring Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
All EnviroRail gates are supplied with a UniSlide kit, a strong and secure sliding system designed for smooth operation. The Single Leaf Kit consists of a retainer plate and guide plate for precise alignment, a robust slider with an integrated handle set and fixings, and a selection of installation tools, including a 2.5mm Allen key, plastic ribbed plugs, shear nuts, and M8 square cup head bolts (110mm, 90mm, 75mm, and 65mm) to accommodate different gate sizes.
For added security, you can upgrade to a key access lock or digital lock, both of which include a secure keep and locking plate.
