First Fence proudly introduces the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate collection, an ideal complement to our EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing series. The Bow Top Railing, with its elegant curvature enhancing structural aesthetics, serves both a decorative and practical purpose. Despite its ornate design, this product functions effectively as a barrier, finding applications in parks, schools, commercial, and residential properties. It not only enhances security in public spaces but also maintains an inviting and open ambiance.

The EnviroRail® range by First Fence encompasses gate and railing panel kits. Our gates are available as single or double leaf options and come in a variety of polyester powder-coated colours.

Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing may seem conventionally standard, but it distinguishes itself from similar products due to its eco-friendly manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique, this system incorporates custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components that create sturdy connections without the energy-intensive process of welding. It's the preferred choice for customers concerned about environmental impact during manufacturing.

Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and further coated with polyester powder, our gates are built to endure prolonged outdoor exposure effortlessly, ensuring years of reliable functionality.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. Every EnviroRail gate is supplied with a UniSlide kit, a durable and secure sliding system for smooth operation. The Single Leaf Kit consists of a retainer plate and guide plate for proper alignment, a high-quality slider with an  handle set and fixings.

EnviroRail® Gates provide a fully modular, lightweight solution, facilitating swift installation for various hardware needs. They are universally handed, allowing on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. If undecided, make your decision on-site. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.

Each gate arrives pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included, offering the option to cover unused holes on the attack face.

The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes. Compliant with BS 12604 safety guidelines, the three hinges ensure gate stability even if one fails, preventing potential injuries or damage. Moreover, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.

Available in various heights and widths, the gate kit offers dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for diverse installation locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for a secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces and is secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.

This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
