These gates are flexible and can be installed either by bolting them down or digging them into the ground, providing versatility on different surfaces. Features and Advantages

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate distinguishes itself with environmentally attentive production, implementing an innovative low-weld technique with custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components. This not only guarantees a robust assembly but also minimises the need for energy-intensive welding, aligning with customer taste for reduced environmental impact during manufacturing.

Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates showcase exceptional durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements. This ensures years of reliable functionality while preserving their aesthetic appeal. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution for rapid installation, catering to diverse hardware requirements. Designed with a universal fit, they provide on-site flexibility without specific left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality enables easy adjustments in case of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond fixed hardware.

The gate kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines for stability, even in the event of a single hinge failure. Gate hooks are welded to the gate post giving fixed-axis hinges to eliminate vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled for straightforward attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face. Compatible with our security locks, the gate kit allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post, ensuring ease of installation.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.
