Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, standing at 1.2m tall and 6.0m wide, offers flexible access control, allowing users to operate one or both leaves in open or closed positions. This broader double gate accommodates both pedestrian and vehicular access with ease. This gate is also available in other heights if you need more security.

Crafted from pre-galvanised steel and further protected by polyester powder coating, this gate boasts ultimate resilience against the elements and wear and tear, ensuring a prolonged and functional lifespan.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

Distinguishing itself through eco-friendly manufacturing, this gate kit minimises welding needs by utilising custom-made, laser-cut components. Secure interlocking of pre-galvanised parts reduces reliance on energy-intensive welding, making it an environmentally conscious choice for gate production. Some welding is used on this gate, however significantly less when compared to the standard model. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates provide a fully modular and relatively lightweight solution for gate or driveway security, ensuring easy installation for diverse hardware requirements. With universal handing, they offer on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications. Each gate comes with pre-drilled holes for six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. Additionally, plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes. An additional locking drop bolt option enhances security, this drop bolt is particularly useful for the wider leaf for keeping it secure.

The kit comprises two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety standards for stability. Even in the event of hinge failure, the gate remains upright and secure, mitigating injury or damage risks. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for diverse terrains. The dig-in variant suits softer terrain like turf and soil, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is suitable for harder ground surfaces using eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts, available upon request.
