Our gates are offered in both single and double leaf designs, boasting a diverse range of RAL colours. This ensures a smooth integration with an existing system or with your corporate branding. These gates are adaptable for both bolt-down and dig-in installations, ensuring compatibility with various ground types. Features and Benefits

The EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railing Gate, despite its seemingly standard aspect, stands out in the market through its environmentally conscious manufacturing method. Using an innovative low-weld technique, the system incorporates custom laser-cut pre-galvanised components, creating sturdy connections when firmly pressed together, and reducing the reliance on energy-intensive welding. This eco-friendly approach aligns with customer preferences for minimising environmental impact in the manufacturing process of gates and railings.

Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates have excellent durability, enduring prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring years of dependable service.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

EnviroRail® Gates provide a modular and lightweight solution, facilitating rapid installation to meet various hardware requirements. The UniSlide Slider Single Gate Kit comes included with all EnviroRail single gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

Featuring a versatile design, these gates provide on-site flexibility without requiring specific left or right-hand specifications, making the installation decision-making process more straightforward. The modular functionality allows for easy adjustments in the event of gate shifts, providing flexibility beyond fixed hardware.

The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of a single hinge failure. Moreover, gate hooks are welded to the gate post, with fixed-axis hinges eliminating vertical movement.

Each gate comes pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover any unused holes on the attack face.

Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant is suitable for softer ground types, requiring Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts.

Compatible with our security locks, this gate kit, when installed correctly, allows for up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have a 50mm ground clearance.
