Our Black and Yellow Corner Protection Hoops offer a reliable solution for safeguarding racking ends and storage areas located beside busy warehouse traffic routes. Designed to reduce the risk of impact from forklifts and other machinery, these hoops combine robust steel construction with a high-visibility yellow and black finish for improved awareness in busy environments.
Suitable for both new installations and retrofitting to existing warehouse layouts, the range is available in bolt-down and dig-in formats to suit different site conditions.
Before drilling, confirm that the ground is free from utilities or obstructions. Create the necessary holes through the base plates to the appropriate depth for the anchors or studs (around 100mm). On surfaces such as asphalt or other loose substrates, resin and studding should be used to enhance stability. Once positioned, secure by tightening the nuts and washers above the plates.
Ensure the area is clear before excavation. Dig two holes approximately 300mm deep, ensuring each is wider than the hoop’s diameter. Set the legs in place and backfill using C20/25 concrete, checking the hoop is level throughout the process.
If you’d prefer professional installation, our experienced team can carry out a site survey and complete the work for you. For enquiries or quotes, please contact installation@firstfence.co.uk.
