This Double Swing Driveway Gate is a great way to add some security and style to your property. Made from aluminium, it has a solid vertical infill with a top section that you can partly see through, and a double leaf. When it is closed, cars or pedestrians will not be able to enter, giving you control over your perimeter and it will also act as a deterrent to anyone considering breaking into your property. It is a very useful addition to a wider home security plan.
Aluminium is a versatile material for gates, it is strong and hard-wearing and is light in weight making installation and operation relatively easy. This gate comes in these heights: 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.0m and 2.2m, and with 4 wall-mounted hinges and 2 floor-mounted hinges. When you are measuring, please allow an extra 50mm for the hinges. Gate posts are only needed if there is nothing to attach the gate to and can be bought separately. The lock and handle for the gate can be purchased as an add on for an additional price and it will be fitted to the gate before delivery.
This is a very low maintenance gate, you just wash it down with detergent and water and its good looks are once again revealed. An eco-friendly choice of gate as aluminium can be readily recycled.
The aluminium gates come with a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee (Ready Made Gates).
