Features and Benefits

The 'Rowling' wooden summer house is ideal for your garden space as it measures 3.0m x 3.0m with an overall height of 2.4m, meaning it will not need planning permission. It is manufactured from carefully dried and sorted high-quality European Spruce with a log wall depth of 28mm. Spruce is strong and durable and is able to withstand being sited outdoors (as with all timber products, it will need yearly treating or painting). The log boards are easy to fit with their horizontal, interlocking design.

This model has double doors on the front and two single windows on the front one on each side of the door. There is also a full length window on each side wall. All doors and windows are double glazed which bring lots of natural light to the interior and help reduce outdoor noise thus creating a peaceful environment. The windows are non-opening. This garden building has an apex roof which gives it a very traditional look.

This is a small model and can be used for multiple purposes. The front has two full length windows and a double door, in the warmer weather this would be lovely to use as a sitting room or to enjoy outdoor eating and entertaining, Additionally, it can be used as a meditation or yoga room, or just simply somewhere to escape to and relax.

Installation

The 'Rowling' summer house comes as a flat-pack style and will require installation. Each house comes with foundation beams, it is advised to have a solid, level base of concrete or concrete slabs to erect the structure onto. This summer house will need painting or treating within 5 weeks of erection and then yearly to maintain its integrity. Wooden structures require yearly treating as wood is susceptible to the effects of rain, wind and sunlight. This product comes with full instructions and assembly kit and is relatively simple for someone with some construction skills. You may also need a spirit level, tape measure, power drill/screwdriver and a rubber mallet to gently manipulate the wall beams into place.
