Advanced Multi-Layer Panel Design: The 2.42m wide panels feature a sophisticated construction for optimal performance. This includes robust 150x22mm EchoAbsorb Straight Boards, a central core of 475x75mm EchoAbsorb Insulation shielded by a nylon water-resistant sheet, and a fully integrated 358 security mesh panel. The panel is topped with a 125x38mm Capping Rail and sits above a 150x75mm Gravel Board, maintaining a 100mm protective gap from the ground.

Heavy-Duty Framework: For the 2.0m height, the system is specified with powerful 127 x 76mm steel RSJ posts, supplied at a 3000mm length. These posts are designed to be installed using a "Dig In" method into a minimum C20/25 concrete foundation with a dig-in depth of 1000mm for maximum rigidity.
