Closed board fencing, also known as feather edge fencing, is a popular style that offers full coverage and privacy. It is built using vertical boards that are closely-fitted and securely attached to horizontal rails fixed to posts. Introducing Recycled Plastic Closed Board Fencing

First Fence's range of recycled plastic closed board fencing is crafted from Plaswood, an innovative material made from recycled plastic. Plaswood replicates the appearance of real wood but offers superior durability, standing up to harsh weather conditions such as extreme temperature changes, UV exposure, and moisture. Unlike traditional wood, recycled plastic won’t rot, warp, splinter, or fall prey to insect infestations. Both the product and its raw materials undergo testing by independent experts to ensure quality, and the recycling process transforms waste into valuable new materials.

This 2.7m recycled plastic post is for use with the 1.8m closed board fencing system. This system is available in black or brown.

This is a dig-in fencing system and it is recommended that 900mm of the post be installed into the ground with post mix. You will need one bag per post. Posts are installed at 1.5m post centre intervals.

To fix the posts, rails and pales together use twin flight, parallel thread, coarse pitch screws similar to those used with wooden particle boards or hi-low screws. Please note that these do not come with the product.
