The gate encompasses two gate leaves which meet in the middle when closed and these are secured in place with two drop bolts and a sliding latch bolt. As this palisade gate stands at a height of 2.1m, it is most suitable for locations that require a medium level of security to be put in place. This gate is extremely versatile as not only can it be used in various areas, but it can be installed on both hard and soft ground. However, the ground that you choose to erect your Palisade Security Fencing System and gate upon will ultimately determine which gate posts you will need to use. Dig-in posts will need to be used for softer ground like grass, yet Bolt Down posts will need to be used for harder ground surfaces such as concrete. Your palisade gate can also become exposed to a number of other harmful factors including weathering and general wear, and this why we also offer a Polyester Powder Coating finish. This type of finish provides great gate protection as well as a more aesthetically pleasing look to compliment the surrounding environment.
