The 1.0m EnviroRail® Play Sec Railing Post Kit is designed specifically for EnviroRail® Play Sec railings, which are RoSPA-compliant and ideal for playgrounds, schools, and other child-friendly environments. These safety-focused railings feature a smooth, rounded design that eliminates sharp edges, reducing the risk of injury and making them a perfect choice for public play areas.
EnviroRail® systems utilise an innovative low-weld construction method, incorporating precision-engineered components that interlock seamlessly to create strong and secure railing bays. This advanced design significantly reduces the need for traditional welding, making it an eco-friendly alternative to standard steel railing systems without compromising on durability or strength.
The Play Sec railing system is built with safety in mind, ensuring a secure perimeter while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and child-friendly appearance. These intermediate posts play a crucial role in completing a fencing run, as well as acting as replacement posts for any that may become damaged over time.
Each post is manufactured from high-quality steel and finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). This coating not only adds a vibrant, long-lasting colour but also protects against corrosion, weathering, and general wear and tear, ensuring longevity and reduced maintenance.
Installation Options: Dig-In or Bolt-Down
To accommodate different ground conditions, the EnviroRail® Play Sec Railing Post Kit is available in two installation variants:
- Dig-In Posts: Designed for soft ground installations, these posts can be set in place using post mix, providing a sturdy and reliable foundation for the fencing system.
- Bolt-Down Posts: Ideal for harder surfaces like concrete, these posts feature a pre-attached base plate, allowing them to be securely anchored using ground bolts, without the need for excavation.
