Premium Materials: All timber components are Class UC4 Tanalised, meaning they have been pressure-treated for permanent ground contact. This provides the highest level of protection against rot and insect infestation, conforming to BS 8417 standards and ensuring a long service life. All steel components are galvanised to ISO 1461 or zinc plated to ISO 4042/ISO 2081 for superior corrosion resistance.

Advanced Panel Construction: The 2.42m wide panels are expertly constructed in a multi-layered design for maximum performance. This includes 150x22mm EchoAbsorb Straight Boards , a core of 475x75mm EchoAbsorb Insulation protected by a nylon water-resistant sheet , and an integrated 358 security mesh panel. The panel is finished with a 125x38mm Capping Rail and a 150x75mm Gravel Board , which ensures a 100mm ground clearance to protect the timber.

Robust Framework: The system is supported by heavy-duty 127 x 76mm steel RSJ posts, supplied at a length of 2700mm for this 1.8m high fence. These are designed for a "Dig In" fixing method, requiring a minimum C20/25 concrete foundation with a 900mm dig-in depth for unparalleled stability.

Engineered for Performance: The total kit weight is 188.15 kg, contributing to its high average density of 71kg/m² for excellent sound insulation. The acoustic panels are secured to the posts with M10x100mm flange hex head wood screws to prevent lifting.

Installation Versatility: The system is designed for creating continuous runs and can accommodate corners of any angle. For SR1 compliance at corners, the posts must be dug in next to each other as specified in the drawings.
