1.0m High Single Leaf Standard Bow Top Railing Gate Kit
Providing a fantastic looking, strong and cost-effective access point to your metal bow top rail fencing. Available in widths starting from 2.0m up to 5.0m, these single leaf steel gates are ideal for allowing pedestrians and vehicles to pass through.
With their modern bow top design, these gates are often seen as less intimidating than their vertical bar variants and are ideal for a wide range of outdoor applications such as home gardens, schools, parks and playgrounds.
To ensure that these gates remain strong and looking great for years, each 1.0m high single leaf bow top railing gate has been constructed from excellent quality galvanised steel by our team of professional fabricators. The zinc coating on the steel provides a layer of protection which prevents the formation of rust and corrosion, allowing these gates to keep their fantastic silver finish.
Each of these 1.0m high bow top gates is supplied with a gate leaf fitted with a sliding latch. This latch allows the gates to be securely closed, preventing them from being blown open. They can also be further secured with the use of a heavy-duty padlock (sold separately) to lock the gate closed, preventing unauthorised access.
So that the gates can be installed in as many locations as possible, they are available to order with either dig in or bolt down posts.
Dig in posts – The dig in posts are intended for use in locations where the ground is soft enough for holes to be dug. Featuring longer posts than the bolt down version, allowing some of the post to be placed into the hole and held securely in place with the use of post mix (sold separately).
Bolt down posts – The bolt down posts have been designed for use on harder ground types such as an area that has been surfaced with concrete, where digging holes just might not be possible due to costs or logistical issues. These posts come with a pre-attached base plate which allows for ground anchor bolts (sold separately) to be drilled into the ground, holding the post securely in place.
Each kit includes:
- 1 x Gate leaf with sliding latch
- 1 x Catch gate post
- 1 x Hinge gate post
- 2 x Adjustable gate eyes

Each of these gates, as standard is finished with a zinc coating which provides the steel with a layer of protection against the damaging effects of weathering and rust formation, whilst leaving the gates with an excellent looking silver finish. Each of these gates can also be ordered with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC), these high-quality finishes are available in a range of colours allowing for the creation of an entry point which either blends into its surroundings or is bright and eye catching. These coatings don’t just look great, they also provide the steel with an additional protective layer against the damaging effects of rust and weathering. (Please note: lead times for coloured PPC finishes can vary, please see the lead times when selecting your colour)
