First Fence’s range of Corner Protection Hoops is ideal for the end runs of racking and storage which adjoin access routes inside warehouses. The CPH60 Corner Protection range is also popular in public spaces such as airports, shopping centres and other communal halls where protection is required for utilities and similar.
Key Features
- Manufactured from strong 60mm Circular Hollow Section (CHS) Steel
- Welded flange plate for bolt-down installation
- Equal-length return legs to ensure adequate corner protection
- Galvanised to ISO 1461
- Choice of height: 500mm or 800mm
Installation
- Always ensure the ground is clear of obstacles and utilities before excavation.
- To install the CPH60, simply drill the correct number of holes in the flange plates, drilling to the depth of the ground anchor or stud (typically 100mm).
- Ensure for asphalt and other loose surfaces that studding and resin are used for increase stability.
- Once installed, tighten the washers and nuts above the flange plates to secure them in position.
