The 1.2m EnviroRail® Play Sec Railing Post Kit is a key component of the EnviroRail® Play Sec railing system, designed to create safe, durable, and RoSPA-compliant fencing solutions for playgrounds, schools, and other child-friendly environments. These posts ensure that Play Sec railings maintain a secure and seamless perimeter, providing both safety and visual appeal.

EnviroRail® systems utilise an eco-friendly, low-weld construction method, reducing the reliance on traditional welding while maintaining exceptional strength and durability. This innovative design minimises environmental impact without compromising on performance, making it a sustainable alternative to conventional steel railing systems.

The Play Sec railing system prioritises safety, featuring a smooth, rounded design that eliminates sharp edges, reducing the risk of injury in public play areas. These intermediate posts serve multiple purposes—they complete fencing runs, reinforce structural integrity, and replace damaged posts when necessary, ensuring that your fencing remains strong and secure over time.

Each post is crafted from high-quality steel and finished with a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). This professional coating not only enhances the appearance and colour vibrancy but also provides a protective barrier against rust, corrosion, and general wear, ensuring long-lasting performance in outdoor environments.

To accommodate various ground conditions, the EnviroRail® Play Sec Railing Post Kit is available in two installation styles:

• Dig-In Posts: Designed for use on soft ground surfaces, these posts can be set securely into the ground using post mix, creating a solid and reliable foundation for the fencing system.
• Bolt-Down Posts: Ideal for hard surfaces like concrete, these posts feature a sturdy base plate, allowing for secure anchoring with ground bolts, eliminating the need for excavation.

Each 1.2m EnviroRail® Play Sec Railing Post Kit contains:

• One robust steel post, finished with Polyester Powder Coating for enhanced durability
• M10 bolts and shear nuts, ensuring a secure and tamper-resistant installation
• A ribbed insert, providing a polished and professional finish
