The TRUST24 is specifically designed for use with the TOM series gate control motors.
Features
The unit features an integrated LCD display and a radio receiver operating at 433.92 MHz with 512 codes and ARC coding. It includes removable terminal boards and separate limit switch inputs for each motor, as well as options for automatic, semi-automatic, and Deadman logic. Each motor has its own encoder inputs, alongside inputs for open, close, step-by-step, and pedestrian functions. It accommodates a programmable photocell that can be active during the opening-closing phase or only during closing. The device also has an input for N.C. or 8k2 sensitive edges and provides an output for an electric lock at 12/24 Vdc.
Additionally, it offers two configurable outputs for an open gate signal light, courtesy light, zone light, second radio channel, photocell testing, flashing light, or alarm contact. The system supports auto-setting of operating parameters and features separate electronic torque adjustments for each motor, ensuring anti-crushing safety through amperometric detection and encoder management. It includes electronic torque adjustments with automatic calculations for each point of the stroke (STC SYSTEM) and allows for separate adjustable slowdowns for each motor.
The unit provides the possibility of operation based on either encoder feedback or time management (managed through a virtual encoder) and can operate independently for each motor. It also features a built-in energy-saving system (ESA+) and is set up for connection to KNX systems via the optional X.BE card. Designed for managing, configuring, diagnosing, and updating firmware through the BeUP app, the unit requires the PRO.UP accessory. The Advantouch system allows for parameter configuration and radio transmitter management, while it tracks the number of manoeuvres, includes a programming access password, and features a maintenance warning. Lastly, it comes with a built-in battery charger.
