The CP.B24 Turbo In-Built Control Panel is designed to work with the BULL624 Turbo and BULL1224 Turbo sliding gate motors.

The control unit regenerates the encoder signal based on the measurements of the electric motor's operational parameters. It is possible to manage slowing optimally and trace gate travel while providing torque data in relation to its position to guarantee maximum security.

Features

The system is equipped with an integrated LCD display and a 433.92 MHz radio receiver featuring 512 codes and ARC coding. It includes removable terminal boards and supports automatic, semi-automatic, and deadman’s logic, along with inputs for motor limit switches. There are step-by-step controls for opening, closing, and stopping the gate.

The photocell input (PHO) can be configured to activate during either the opening and closing phases or just the closing phase, while the second photocell input (PHC) functions during both phases. Additional features include an input for N.C. or 8K2 sensitive edges, as well as an input for a safety sensor. The OPEN input can be set to function as a pedestrian access point.

The system provides two configurable outputs that can serve as a gate open indicator, a second radio channel from the built-in receiver, a service light, or for photocell testing. It is also designed for the operation of opposed sliding gates through an optional SIS synchronization board, and it can connect to KNX systems via the optional X.BE board.

Autosetting of operating parameters is included, along with electronic torque adjustment that automatically calculates settings for each point in the stroke (STC System). To ensure safety, the system features anti-crushing protection through amperometric obstacle detection and utilizes a virtual encoder. Users can adjust slow-downs as needed.

The Advantouch system simplifies parameter configuration and management of radio transmitters. The system tracks the number of manoeuvres, offers a programming access password, and includes a maintenance warning feature. Additionally, there is an integrated battery charger that is compatible with DA.BT2 and DA.BT6 battery models.
