First Fence's Quadraspike system offers a highly effective and visible anti-climb solution that is non-aggressive. It is commonly used to deter intruders in high-security areas, including banks, private residences, offices, major supermarkets, and other businesses.
Their versatile design allows for seamless integration into various security systems. They can be bolted onto roofs, walls, fences, and gates. Thanks to their rotational mechanism, they can be installed in areas where traditional, more aggressive anti-climb solutions—such as barbed wire, spikes, and broken glass—are restricted.
What sets First Fence's rotating spikes apart from other anti-climb systems is that they are classified as non-injurious, allowing them to be installed at a height of 1.8 metres. In contrast, other anti-climb systems must be positioned higher to comply with legal regulations.
The system is made up of a range of components that allow you to fix your rotating spikes according to your site setup, including base plate supports, straight support, cranked supports, corner elbows, adjustable corner, internal sockets, locking collars and end caps.
The external shaft connector is a threadless coupler perfect for using with First Fence's Quadraspike Rotating Spikes, allowing you to easily connect two tubes of the same diameter.
The connector has an overall internal diameter of 25.5mm and a length of 50.8mm. It is made from malleable iron and has a hot-dipped galvanised finish making it ideal for outdoor use.
The connector is supplied with 12.9 grade grub screw and Allen key, which allows you to securely fasten it into position.
