SpectaRail® sports fencing offers a robust and compliant solution for creating spectator boundaries for a wide range of sporting venues. The SpectaRail® follows SAPCA guidelines for building and maintaining fencing systems for sports facilities. The guidelines ensure that the fencing systems are constructed and maintained properly. This helps to provide a safe and secure environment for athletes and spectators. By adhering to these guidelines, SpectaRail® ensures high-quality fencing solutions for sports facilities. It is important to note that this product line is not intended to function as a stadium crush barrier.

Meeting the SAPCA requirement 1.2.4 in providing ‘a boundary line, often popular at athletic venues’, the SpectaRail® sports fencing systems have the recommended height of 1.2m. They also feature a tubular handrail with a diameter of 48.3mm. In order to provide a secure spectator railing system, each kit railing kit is supplied with the recommended quantity of 6 m8 x 40mm threaded bolt fixings. When installed these spectator railings will have a ground clearance of 20mm.

Seamless integration of access gates for players and officials 

The SpectaRail® sports fencing system also includes access gates which can be integrated seamlessly into your perimeters. Available as a 1.5m wide single leaf gate or a 3.0m wide double leaf gate, creating a safe and securable access point for players and officials to access the sports pitch. The larger 3.0m double leaf gate also provides a safe access point for grounds maintenance vehicles such as lawn mowers. Featuring a sliding latch as standard, the security on these gates can be further increased with a Gatemaster lock system, preventing spectators from being able to access the pitch. Multiple gates can be added quickly and easily into your perimeter, creating individual access points for players, officials such as referees and grounds maintenance teams.

Installation Essentials
