These high-quality timber boards have been produced to meet the BS 2482:2009 standard. The length of these items is 8ft which converts to 2.4m. Scaffolding boards are usually placed on top of tubes with the use of couplers to allow workers to be able to stand on them safely whilst working so that you can maintain or develop projects such as buildings, factories, or houses.

We offer a variety of different sizes of Scaffolding boards such as 6ft, 10ft and 13ft to meet your requirements, these can be found on the website. Every board has galvanised metal banding on each end, and this helps prevent splitting.

First Fence recommends that you store these products correctly in a dry and clean environment. With these boards being made from timber and therefore a natural product, it means that they are susceptible to expanding or contracting. Please handle with care and use gloves when carrying this product to prevent splinters and if cutting use the correct eye protection.

Don’t forget

Please remember to construct scaffolding on a flat surface to ensure that the products are correctly erected, this will ensure that items do not slide or move around.
