Lightweight Automatic Sliding Gate
The Lightweight Automatic Sliding Gate is a reliable and secure automated gate system which is suitable for installation in both commercial and domestic settings. It is ideal for entrances which have limited space for gate movement (opening and closing) and will allow you to manage your sites security and access.
This Lightweight Automatic Sliding Gate is available in heights ranging from 1.8m to 2.4m. You can also request this gate in access widths from 2.0m to 6.0m, to meet your vehicle access requirements.
Motor and Operation
This Gate is operated by a Pull T Drive Motor which offers:
- A large illuminated removable LC Display (2 x 16 characters) and clear text menu which can be easily programmed via four buttons
- Displays status for safety and impulse connections
- Selectable operation modes of impulse , automatic and dead man.
- Permanent automatic force recognition
- No loss of force even when rotation speed is reduced
- ARS (Automatic Reversal System)
- A direct connection 8.2? safety closing edges separated for main and side safety closing edge
- Adjustable soft stop (distance and speed)
- Free adjustable partial opening for pedestrians or for car/truck function (this also radio operated)
- Motor sensor and a lockable emergency release
- The emergency release is secured with the EU standard profile half cylinder
- You should ensure that there is a minimum 11mm clearance between the bottom of the gate beam and the ground
Construction and Materials
- Made from steel
- Various infill options available including Palisade (w section, triple pointed), Mesh (656, 868 and 358) and Railings (Bow Top and Vertical Bar)
- Gate is given a powder coated finish to help prevent damage from rust and weathering. This finish also provides the automated gate system with a more aesthetically pleasing look
- The gearing is made from steel and the gearing unit runs in an oil bath
- There is a slot for the radio receiver and the control board is encapsulated
- The gates worm wheel and spindle is made out of tempered steel
