Overview

Alkborough Primary School were looking for a fencing and gate solution to go around their main entrance and playground areas to keep the children, staff and visitors safe and secure.

Challenges

Durability: They need the fencing to be long-lasting and robust, so that it withstands the test of time for the school.
Visibility: The School wanted to be able to see out of the fencing solution that they chose, so they needed it to have good visibility.
Security: As the fencing was going around the playground and the main entrance, it needed to provide a high level of security for the pupils, staff and visitors.
Aesthetics: The school already has some black railings up around the area, so their new fencing system must blend into their current solutions.

Solution

Alkborough Primary School decided to go with our black v mesh fencing, as this would blend nicely with the black bow top railings that were already fitted in the school environment.

It also provided the visibility required to be able to see out of the fencing into where the children and visitors walk into the main entrance.

The design of the V mesh panels provides great stability and also acts as a deterrent to theft or unauthorised access, providing greater security to the premises. Manufactured using high-quality materials, the fencing provides a long-lasting, durable solution for the school, and with the addition of the powder coating, it has that extra resilience against outdoor conditions.

Our mesh fencing also goes nicely with our twin mesh gates, which is what the builders went with to go with the fencing. It blends in nicely and provides a full, rounded, permanent fencing and gate solution for the school. The gate is an access point to let all the children, staff and visitors into the school, and acts as an additional security measure.
