Armco barriers are often used in 'off road' sites such as warehouses, delivery bays, and car parks. They can effectively control accidental damage to building structures or valuable stock as it is easier and cheaper to replace a section of crash barrier than to repair a damaged structural wall.

Features and Benefits

The 760mm bolt down RSJ post comes complete with a size 7 or size 8 tube clamp 1m extension meaning you do not need to attach this yourself. It can be used anywhere that needs the strong protection from Armco, which is in parallel to a pedestrian walkway, for example car parks or warehouses. These posts are ideal when you need to combine Armco with a handrail.

The profile of the RSJ posts allows these posts to be installed flat against a wall or surface, whilst the bolt down design means that no excavation of existing concrete surfaces is required. This makes the bolt down RSJ posts ideal for areas where the road surfaces may be coated in concrete or tarmac.

Protective Finish

To protect the posts against the effects of weathering and rust, each of the Armco RSJ posts have been coated with a hot dip galvanised finish. This protective coating helps to protect the steel from weathering. For increased protection these posts can be powder coated with a high visibility yellow coating which provides an additional protective layer.
