The beams feature a diameter of 48.41mm and a wall thickness of 4.24mm, adhering to strict tolerances of +/- 0.35mm and +/- 0.36mm respectively. This ensures consistent dimensions for seamless connection and reliable performance.
Conforming to BS EN 755-2 and EN AW-6082-T6 standards, these beams meet rigorous industry requirements for quality and performance. This guarantees they are built to withstand the demands of construction environments.
Sections of the beams can be effortlessly connected using dedicated 38.1mm diameter x 4.0mm thick spigot connectors. These connectors ensure a secure and stable connection between beams.
For added strength and stability, each spigot connection is further secured with 2 x M12 bolts. This creates a robust and reliable connection that can withstand significant loads.
