Working at height on 358 mesh systems can be dangerous for a worker and sometimes it cannot be avoided, there is just no alternative to get the job done. This system of brackets was designed by QAB Systems to end the use of unsafe 'Heath Robinson'-style equipment being used and the risky practices that ensue. Many workers are not safe when doing installation and maintenance work on 358 mesh and working at height safety is not something to be ignored.
This is a very versatile piece of kit that can be used as a step, in conjunction with a Fall Restraint Bracket to create a method of access when bolting panels and posts without using an unstable ladder or powered access. It is for single person use and the user is not to exceed 120kg.
When it is inverted it can be used as a lifting handle when using correct manual handling techniques.
The Multi-Purpose Bracket can be utilised to join alloy work towers to fences, which will end the need for costly powered access thus making fence top maintenance safe and cost-effective.
This Bracket can be used as a fixing point when securing a ladder to a fence. Also, it can be used as a foot or handhold when needing to reach the more difficult to access areas of a fence line where a ladder is not very advisable.
The Bracket measures 215mm x 149mm x 110mm, weighs 1.799kg and has a Safe Working Load of 120kg.
