Features and Benefits

Our double leaf gate offers outstanding flexibility in terms of access control. Crafted from high-quality steel, which is hot dip galvanised to ISO 1461 standards. It is further fortified with a polyester powder coating, available in various RAL colours, to enhance its resistance to wear, damage, rust, and corrosion.

The comprehensive kit includes a sliding gate leaf, a catch leaf, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature an 868 mesh infill, a well-established security mesh configuration with 6mm thick vertical wires and 8mm thick horizontals, making it highly resistant to cutting.

This robust mesh is ideal for scenarios requiring clear perimeter visibility or seamless integration with CCTV systems.

When correctly installed and maintained, this gate is designed to provide many years of reliable service.

Easy Installation

Our SR1-rated gate kit is available in both dig-in and bolt-down formats, offering adaptability to various ground conditions. Whether you are dealing with grass or other soft terrains that require the dig-in option, or concrete and other solid ground types demanding bolt-down posts, we provide comprehensive solutions.

The bolt-down kit includes essential ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit requires the addition of Post Mix to your order. For optimal installation, we recommend using three bags per post. You should use either C20 or C25 post mix.

Versatile Access Control

Our gate is designed to accommodate pedestrian and small vehicle access, with a width of 3.0m. This gate kit features a sliding latch bolt to securely close the leaves, while the drop bolts ensure steadfast leaf placement. You retain the flexibility to open one or both leaves to align with your specific requirements.

A recommended range of approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks is available.
